Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I think I remember Patric at one time congratulating Saby on FB for being #1 in Moet sells at TTR while TTR being one of the top in Moët sells in all of Cancun.

Saby was definitely the best , she will be missed by everyone. What is the bottle service for a table at bash , all tables that way ? Missed last year so first I’ve read about this.

Saby will be missed. Curious also about how far they are taking bottle service.. in '18 there was no bottle service seating (maybe cabanas at Bash?). In '19 there were reserved Bottle service tables at Bash. Missed '20. But I see there are special lounger by the pool and maybe more reserved tables at Bash.

Saby's departure was nothing to do with upselling or an attempt to change the vibe/ change direction. Rather in-house disciplinary measures that many large workplaces experience from time to time, the finer details of which really isn't any of our business.

I agree. I have zero problem with them selling bottles,etc. Its not like were forced to buy any of it. I agree the vibe and clientele is changing too and dont have a problem with that either. Everything evolves and changes over time so it was inevitable to happen at TTR. TTR is starting to remind me of Miami in the late 2000's and im digging it because I loved Miami in that era.

Also we'll miss Saby a lot. She was absolutely the best poolside waitress weve ever had at TTR. I hope they bring her back before our next trip.

I'm going to separate out the upselling posts into a new thread (if I can remember how) and close the Saby thread.

I think it's pretty bad taste to discuss someone's departure in the first place, and upselling is a whole different issue
