We did the Mariner of the Seas this past January on an eastern Caribbean cruise. It was a great trip. The food was excellent, entertainment shows were very good. I would definitely cruise RC again.

We stopped in the Bahamas (at their island Coco Cay), St Thomas, ans St Martin.

    What stops do you have?

Let me know if you have any specific questions.

    Have a great trip
    John

We had a balcony room, it wasn't huge but had plenty of room. You can get the room service and eat on your balcony every morning, especially nice when pulling in to port.

St. Thomas was a good stop. We did an island tour that took us to Drake's Seat, an overlook of Magen's bay, Magen's bay Beach (nice), And then to Black Beard castle (just Ok). it wasn't expensive either, I think $42 a person.
Shopping was good, My wife bought several pieces of Jewelry.

St. Maarten/Martin, We went in to port of the Dutch side (Phillipsburg).
The shopping had a little better prices here, especially Alcohol. We did a trip to Orient Beach (very nice) in the afternoon at this stop. This island was much more quaint and would have been nice to explore more than we did. Again shopping was good the main street after getting off the water taxi was very cool.

On the ship, the in-line track on our ship wasn't that big. The rock climbing wall was very cool, also we played dodge ball one afternoon! The ice staking rink was very small, but the ice show was great, a no miss show.

    Have a great trip
