Here's what the roof top pool looks like at night. There is a hot tub on each end which are a lot hotter than the one at Bash but a lot smaller in size. Water temp in this pool in Nov was close to what it's like in Bash hot tub... so IMO a whole lot better in cool days, but it's a lot more windy on the roof. Hot tubs are "HOT". 100°F++ hot, so very comfy for the ones needing the warmth. We found that this is the place where partys should end at night after Bash, either to cool off or to get another type of party going...
Unfortunately. It was open for one supper for members and it was one of our best evenings.(see our media page for pics) It is a place that could be exploited a whole lot more for sexy partys and it would definitely throw Hedo out of business. The vibe at TTR is beyond comparison to anything we've seen and we wish it would add a little more.
I'll be curious to see if the Rooftop pool does get warmer than the main pool ina couple of weeks, as that would be a "Good Thing." It's shallower, so it's easier to hang out with my shorty in there IF you can get a crew of fun people up there.
Back to the spa conversation for a minute. We used the old spa quite a bit but have not used the new spa yet. I have a question. Are the dry sauna and steam sauna co-ed and if so, are they "towel optional?" I don't know if the sauna in the old spa was co-ed or not, but we made it that way. No one ever said a thing, but there were very few people in it and we never saw anyone from the resort in there. I was the only woman in there except for one time.
We have been in the sauna each time we visited and we made it co-ed. Not sure if we were supposed to....
