sounds like you guys are getting in late on a saturday. if so, try to call the resort some time tomorrow and let them know you will definately be there. They overbook on saturday nights (more people check in than check out). on sundays i have seen people checking in that were put up at different hotels on saturday because they ran out of rooms. On sundays there are more people checking out than in. maybe the online check in will help. I think I will try that myself. see you sson.

I did online check in and when I arrived was given the we dont have any rooms . goto cafeteria eat n drink and maybe by time u get back we will have something . Ended up talkin the lady who they send u too after u check in the one who tried to set u up the next day for the timeshare pres. told her ill come in the morning if she can get me a room right now ..lol 5 min later my room was ready .. havnt gone to the tour tho ... btw im here now gettn my tan n drink ONN
