I wouldnt say it is, but its a really, really nice place!! You are likely to find some spring breakers there though.
i stayed there last year... it was a beautiful resort and the staff was wonderful... but as for a 'party' spot... not so much. The last day i was there, a group of around 10 ppl checked in and they livened the place up quite a bit and a lot of ppl kinda joined in with them. So i guess its just what you make it out to be.
