Which, by the way, after 32 years keeps me coming back. I just never know what to expect. Dude, you gotta visit again before next year. Sept 2-10 will be good. Halloween too but already sold out.

I know, I know... the problem is we don't have the slightest clue about the trip to Europe in late September. The cruise line already has all the money, there's no refund if you cancel, and nobody is willing to make a decision if the ship is going or not going. It's a mess.

Are they still having theme parties? And how is the pool during the day? They still doing normal games etc??
Yes theme parties at Bash every night. Pool is fine as usual but this week was only about 25-30% hotel occupancy. Same ol’ games and same ol’ JJ jokes! Nothing has changed.
Same old JJ jokes... Nice! We happen to like JJ, personally. We got to know him over the reno when he was working over at DRM, nice guy. I admit, he's got the same sort of jokes for the games contests all the time, but his audience does change... some. Well, until you return the next year at the same time and there he is saying the same jokes as last year, LOL! It still beats being at the local pub, gotta say.
Yes, same ol’ JJ personality too. He is an entertainer and that is his gig. But he is also the boss of the Playmakers, etc. and runs a tight ship and in a serious manner. He is off on Mondays, so they get a break...lol. I just live to give him shit as part of the fun. We know him too when he is off the stage and he is quite nice, and certainly not the entertainer JJ most know. He works 15-16 hours a day, 6 days a week to make all of our stays at TTR enjoyable. We have discussed a bunch of stuff and do enjoy our limited time with him.
