It's good to hear about the pool temps. At least they have the ability to keep it warm. Disappointing they haven't acted on the loungers around the pool yet, or the bar stools.
I spoke with the GM before we left. He told me they are replacing all the barstools (its like sitting on a golf tee - your legs go to sleep) and most of the Bash furniture.
Hi Just got back as well Couple-- I guess you would calls us swayers Overall we liked it and thought they did a good job. There were quite a lot of grumbles about the place, no Nice Shoes , no sports pool at night. sexy pool was too big not as intimate- there were some of the things that we heard Overall the entrance is impressive- the annoying hard sell continues as soon as you check in. One really has to be quite rude to be get free from the person that they send to sell you premiership and timeshare services. With all the feedback they must get about this i am guessing these products must sell. We did meet one Canadian couple who bought a share . The elevators were broken when were there , a lot of walking up and down to the Tower Room Bass room.. we both like it. My wife calls it Miami meets LA. ocean view : nice. We like the blinds that opened when you entered the room. The thermostat worked but it was a little complicated , took me two days to work out Food :We liked She , Sultra , Flame, Amores , the Italian but were not too crazy about Sea Flirt. Overall the food was as good as it was before if not slightly better, which is what i think they were going for. Pool Larger: My wife is 4 11 and she was comfortable i could not tell if it was heated or not Sexy Pool vibe : It was a little less intimate than it was before but still a lot of fun Staff are now called the Playmakers. We thought all these guys were excellent and know how to keep a party going. Topless % around 30 - 40$ during the morning and by 3 pm it was nearly 85 % Lifestyle % This is thought was about the same as the old place 1/3 1/3 1/3 Single guys there were a few but didn't really bother anyone- i thought some the men that came as a couple were more " inappropriate and handsy " than the single guys that we met Weather ; It was a little cold when we first got there Jan 18th but warmed up soon after that . I am not sure if i would go again this month for this reason The crowd; The second part of the week the crowd became more sophisticated , less handsy and gropey . but overall the crowd were the same as before fun and open minded and great to be around Sensual massage We met no one that went on it nor was it spoken about Jealously We saw one English chick smack her boyfriend at the pool in the nose blood everywhere , but that was the only drama we saw yellow cards we didn't see any but one day when it was raining , everyone was in the hot tub a few people were naked and getting it on and security were up and close telling people that open PDA were not allowed Base night club We liked it shows were nice and you could mingle if you wanted Overall we had a good time. We liked the changes so much so that my wife says said she would come again - i though this was going to be our last trip
Great review. Thanks for posting. We've been going since the BBG days and are back the end of March for the first time since the renovation- looking forward to seeing the new place.
