As many as you want There is no limit - but you have to book reservations at 10:00 a.m. (be there for 9:30 or 9:40) for up to four nights at a time. Example: Monday you could book for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (if there is any space available) but not Friday or later since the reservations aren't open until four days out (today plus 3 days). We were there for seven days and ate at the a'la cartes seven times. We actually got a table on the first and second night, without any reservation, by asking nicely if there was any room or any cancellations. I can't say that this would happen every time but in our case, it did. The Italian is the best restaurant, followed by either the Asian or Caribbean, the TexMex is OK but nothing special. We HIGHLY recommend the Italian, it was outstanding for both of the two nights we went.
