I am not a premier member, but when we were there this past Sept. a couple that I got to know said that when they check in they are just given cards that have dates and times for the reservation restaurants. Basically it eliminates them having to think about it and they just go to dinner those night at those times(and it was my understanding the times were good).
The guy at the Premier Desk, Damian, is absolutely great. Anything you need or any questions you have, he will be awesome at helping you out with. Last year, Marlene forgot her meds at home and Damian arranged for a doctor to come in and write a prescription. He then called the pharmacy and had them deliver- we lost very minimal resort time. He took me on a tour of the rooms so we could see the different types and we wrote down all the room numbers we liked to request for this year. Reservations for dinner, couples massage for Marlene's b-day....he was awesome with everything.
