How strict are they being on the dress code? Don't have a pair of pants in the suitcase at the moment.
It makes more sense to just follow the dress code, in my opinion. As others have mentioned, I've seen people seated in sandals and shorts and also seen them turned away...leaving their dinner companions waiting awkwardly outside while the guy who didn't wear pants hustles back to the room to change. It's even worse when the guy cops an attitude about it.
