I am confused Rudy. Doesn't Bonampak run North and South?

I don't know Jurel but I think you must mean north on Bonamak from the fountain, like toward Lopez Portillo from the fountain.

Locanda has good food , average ambiance .
L'escargot, an average place and cheap ambiance. The real chef left sometime ago. Overpriced for what it offers.
Have'nt been there but heard about Du Mexique on Bonampak Ave.
Palapa Belga, nice for wine or beer. overpriced and agree that owner is rude.
    What about Lorencillos nowdays?
Cant beat the views from Captains Cove terrace.

For us it has to be La Fonda every time, share a 'vacio', 332 pesos, the jacket spuds are also delicious and our kids do their best eating when they go there and have spag bol. My mouth waters everytime i think of that place, they have those little costco rolls and great butter. If I could afford it, i'd go every single week. Also I concur with Mat on Luna Rosa, delicious, tranquil and a fantastic service.

My question is, does anyone know where they are doing thanksgiving dinner and showing the NFL on Thursday?

Sam, if you like the vacio cut - and who wouldn't - head to Al Chimichurra in Puerto Morelos! (The kids will love the xbox video-games room across the street, while waiting for the meal to arrive.) Get the apple-pie thingie with ice cream for dessert; it's UN BE LIEVABLE. All in all, including your travel, it will cost less than La Fonda.
