we met with our transfer rep last year and werent pushed into anything. It was strictly just to get back to the airport. They're all in a room kind of near Nice Shoes
Yeah there is one in the office nr Sports Bar, they are there at set times and i have been told in the past by them they are not allowed to walk around so you have to go to them. They do have emergency contact details. Never had need to use them and I booked it all away from TC last year as they fly funny times from London. I have heard they have stopped weekend flights to Cancun now as well.
we are flying at 10.20 am on saturday the 8th feb, good flight time i thought guessing around 9 hr flight so arrive in cancun at 2 ish pm...perfect! with thomas cook.
