Couldnt agree more. Although we do reserve pool chairs We like to get up, have breakfast and be by the pool for around 9am. We then stay round the pool until sundown, or if we go elsewhere we release the chairs for others, unless we are just going for lunch or a quick swim. Its really unfair for people to put towels down at 6am and not to turn up at the pool until 3pm or even later.
Just our two penneth (english money) lol :flaguk:

Our group of about 10 brought some of those chairs 2 years ago. They wouldn't let us use them then...because it would interfere in the pool activities. Have they changed their thinking on this? If so...I am soooo inclined to bring and try them again.

We don't mind reserving chairs for people as we're always up early, in fact we've done it on everyone of our four trips to TTR. I'd have to agree with what everyones saying about people reserving a chair then going missing untill mid afternoon but what really miffs us off is when someone squeezes chairs together to get another one in (which is fine because most people wouldn't mind as everyone is friendly) but then they bring an umbrella from the back row and put that up covering the sun on my bed.
There's always seemed to be an unwriiten rule that umbrella's stay on the second row. I think it's very selfish when people do that as it affects others.

I hope it is ok....I have never been. They are not big at all, literally just enought to sit in and keep you afloat....since we haven't been to the resort, I am wondering how they would interfere with the games. They take no more room then a person standing in the pool. Hmm.... I am bringing them anyway....hopefully they won't mind. I had asked about these in a blog about 6 months ago and got some response saying it was ok from people that had done this before.

Has anyone else brought these and been told that they can't use them...or brought them and had no problems using them...or even seen anyone using them?

OMG Les, you are so right. I think I would be more upset if someone covered up my sun then took a picture of me!!! LOL :)
