There is a website, as well. But, it's better to contact her, directly, as the rates on the website tend to be for "mass consumption", and do not reflect the best prices available to those willing to pay in advance, etc

Have followed the link you provided...Wow that's a lovely apartment. Something like this will do us fine, I just hope we can be that lucky when we a looking for a 6 month furnished let.

 

Places like this do not require an FM3, which was important to us the first six months or so we lived here, before we got one!

But, I would say, in general, about half the places we inquired about required an FM3, and the rest did not. However, some of those that did not wanted us to pay significant amounts in advance, say four to six months rent, to be sure we were serious!
