I head a rumor from a reliable source that like sources, rumors are not reliable. There are two things for sure. 1. Renovations have started 2. ...they were badly needed! While cleaning out some old magazines I found one that had a article where 4 psychics predicted last year's Super Bowl winners. None were remotely close. It would be funny to see after everything is said and done with the construction at TTR how many of these renovation/rumor threads turned out to be true.
Does anyone know if they are doing work on the rooms below these new ones? Plumbing and electrical don't just magically show up when a new floor is added to a building.
They go through the room, usually in the bathroom area , there is a access hatch in the wall, between toilet and shower . reason I know this is cause last 2 times I have had maintenance go through them to fix leaks .
So they need to go into the rooms below to tie in electrical and plumbing to get it to the "model" rooms. Has anyone seen them in the rooms below doing the connections?

I'm a licensed plumber in multiple states in the US. Industrial, commercial and residential. I understand how it works. Unless they just cut a hole in the existing roof, reached down to make the connections they would need to go into the rooms below. That's all I was asking.
I,m a Master Electrician, and contractor. my offer still stands. all we need is a Concrete guy , and we could build those puppies .
