    Hi, I was wandering what is Temptations policy regarding getting a credit if you cancel?
    I am a premier member and I know it States they will charge you a 1 night penalty if you cancel within 15 days. I was wandering with covid if they are doing this or not. If anyone else had had to experience this.

    Thanks, I should of scrolled down a little more and noticed someone else already posted this question. I did get as full credit from premiere for next visit. This Covid is bullshit.

    Were you able to get a full refund at under 15 days from your trip??
    We tried canceling our November trip a month ahead and they told us no refund, just postpone. They just told us that they were up and running full blast so it wasn't their fault if we couldn't go. Covid not an excuse.

    Sorry misread! You had full "credit" for next trip just like us. :oops:
    Only problem was fixing a date that we thought would work! Hard to say when we'll be able to travel without being harassed or penalized when we get back
