We just booked our first trip to TTR for Nov 10-15. I reserved a Temptation Suite, and used the super-secret code ("SECRETS") tucked away in the forum. It offered a lobster dinner, and free ground transportation. When I emailed the resort, Laura, the representative, had no idea what I was talking about. I've asked her to confirm my reservation, but haven't heard back yet. Has anyone had success with this code? If so, how do we redeem the dinner, and how do we set up the transport reservation? I realize we have 5 months to get it sorted out, but I need that time to pick out our theme outfits, strengthen my liver, and stock up on Advil. Time is of the essence, people! Seriously - any advice would be appreciated.
