The International Women's Club of Cancun is compiling a list of all the places and ways you can recycle stuff in Cancun. When we get the final list done we will make it public in both English and in Spanish.

If any of you have any knowledge about where to recycle things in Cancun or who might have more information please post and help us out.

The first and most obvious thing for the list is the recycling centers that take batteries and PET plastic. These little booths are manned and are located in the parking lots of CityClub and Costco. Anyone know where there are other locations?

    Thanks for your help!!

Hi Kim, that would be great!

We have a bunch of glass bottles and jars that we feel awkward just to throw them in the trash. I was about to ask this board for a glass recycling plaze in Cancun.

    Thanks for your service

    They accept:

    Banners and tarpaulins

    Caritas' drop off location:
Downtown - SM25, Calle Anona #32, just off Cobá (behind the Crepería)
