What does one do that you probably couldnt just do faster yourself ??
Lots so that you don't have to waste your pool time, etc. dealing with it.
As a Premier member I called ahead to make restaurant reservations and told they did not do ahead of time. On arrival asked butler to schedule restuarant reservation and received a text with confirmation. Arrived at Asian resturant and they did not have reservation! Had to show them the text and they sat us. After 1st day texted for pool bed reservation and he responded booked for next day so I requested for following and he said he would confirm with me next day (2 days in advance on a 4 day trip). He followed up but responded all booked. Watched the beds and 2 remained open all day.... Resort should put a check-in time limit on the beds for no-shows. Not sure Ivan was having a good week. Will keep above names in mind.
When did you go? They were making some policy changes to the pool beds while we were there and said that if you weren’t there by noon then they would allow someone else to use the bed.
The noon thing is not a hard fast rule.
Yeah, as all rules at TTR are not. I think that’s to be expected, but if I’m around the pool and I want a bed then I would be asking around that time.
I don’t but would like to know. We go first time next February and have a master suite
We had Richie. He was great! we diddnt use him much as we would do it ourself. But good to know, that if you do have a problem they get it taken care of for you!! Going again in sept 2021 will def request him by name again.
