We had Memo and he was amazing!
The man works so hard for his guest!

We contacted memo and Armando to see who is free the called premier reservations direct and told them which one we wanted.

Do the master suites have butlers? What can they do for you?

 

Yes they do, in a master they can stock the bar, bring different mixers, alcohol, they can always assist with SHE and hibachi reservations. I think you may get 2 butlers in the master.

 

Really, we didn't know that, Memo it is

 

Have not seen Armando.
Have had him and he was good.

We have used Memo past several trips and he does a great job as he loves his job.
Have him now and as usual, great.

Just be sure to tip him well folks so he does not leave us.

Last 4 butlers did just that but that is how we were led to Memo.

Just an fyi... Memo is pronounced with a “short” e and not a “long” e like the Nemo the Disney fish.
But yes keep the “long” o as in both!
