Hey... we're leaving for Cancun in three days. YEAH!!! Staying at the Intercontinental Presidente (mostly for the beach). Anyway, thinking we might buy a couple of excursions online before leaving. Any suggestions for the best and lowest priced vendors? Perhaps a day in Xcaret.... a day on Isla Mujeres... a snorkling excursion (or two) in the area. Thanks for your comments! Hands down the best snorkeling trip is in Pueurto Morelos with Almost Heaven. Contact Enrique the owner. Tell him Cindy and Bobby from Minnesota sent you. You will not be dissapointed. No big groups. Pretty much you and your own party of people. We usually have 4 persons. Take a taxi to Pueurto Morelos will be around 25-30 or so. Have been visiting Cancun since 1984. We found Almost Heaven on the web. Have snorkeled with Enrique for around 5 years or more. He is an expert dive master, and will bring you to typical dive reefs, but you will be able to snorkel. If a particular area is not clear on that day he knows all of the best areas. Not like "tour" trips. Search the web for Almost Heaven and send him an email. I promise you will not be dissapointed. After, eat at Pelicano's for some of the best food in the area. Have Fun
