There is no charge to access the beach infront of Plaza Forum. The only charge is if you want to go inside and use the facilities of The City Beach Club. This is the beach I go to weekly, and you have the restrooms inside the Forum to use (Free), and you have Oxxo, Starbucks and all the food establishments in Party Central to utilize. Not to Say Playa Chac Mool is anything less, there just isn't easy conveniences, especially restrooms.
