:flash:Great answers everyone! Small,big,and every size in between;it doesn't matter,they're all good.But,if they're fake don't over do it.They should be in proportion with the rest of the body.
I'd say the fake ones that don't look natural are worst. I'm not talking about size, but those fake breasts that look like water balloons under the skin, where there isn't a natural curve from top of the chest through the breast, just straight from collar bone to big implant. Mine are natural and very big, and I can tell you now gravity is a bitch!! They look great in a bra, but unsupported they're a nightmare and not attractive at all!

We like them all too! As others have said a bad augmentation can look the worst. Hot)to_trot, you shouldn't feel self-conscious! You will see all shapes and sizes at TTR! I am getting mine done Jan 12 and as Simplyus35 said, I plan to make them my own.
