I think to know weather real or fake are better you would have to see the before to know if the after is better or worse. A woman with a deformity might get a great improvement and still be observed as having got a bad boob job. Don't be to quick to judge the lady or the surgeon. If you don't like the way they look don't look. And keep it to yourself.
