my whole take on the commission being lower because of a lower cost of living is that the average house sales is much much much lower causing a naturally lower commission to begin with.
Cyndi Ader I dealt with and she could not get me a property I wanted to bid on and came back and told me an offer was accepted on it. I called up another realtor I knew and placed a bid with him for same property and told him there is an extra 5K cash to get me this property that was just listed and I would up with the deal even though there was multiple bidders. Cyndi laid down and was not aggressive, I cannot recommend her
