    I would definitely agree on this. I said it before but I'll say it again. There are different types of people who sell tours:

    a) they work at a hotel or a booth in the street. You're in a captive market with no other options and they dont care whether they rip you on the price, the currency exchange or the cancellation policy, normally they'll try for them all. What do they care, they'll never see you again and you wont even remember their names nor their company and have no mechanism for recompense.

    b) they work online such as myself or EP. We live and die by our reputation. If we were ever to rip someone off and they spread that on the internet our name is mud for evermore and we can say goodbye to future business. Cancuncare is 5 years old, I think Ep is 8 and we're both still selling tours.

    A little off topic but something that needed to be said, I think :)
