OMG, Kyle. No, I did not get that message, I received a confirmation of our check-in. So sorry to hear you did! I don't understand why you would, when you have a more expensive room, and you are such a well-known and frequent patron of the resort. I wonder if it is because you have a short stay, whereas we have 9 nights booked? I can't think of any other reason, other than the fact we are staying on referral, which is indicated in our confirmation email. I would have expected the resort to bump me (bottom person on the totem pole room-wise) in order to give you my room. Are you not staying on referral this time? This is really bad news. I hate that I was right to be concerned about our late check-in on the 14th. The transfer offer may well trickle down to us if everyone else arriving earlier in the day refuses it. Now I'm going to be anxious for the next 15 days until I get a room key.
