Rates next year

I don't think that is a safe assumption yet. No one who had any sense pays rack rate. We will see if they try to stick closer to them with a new sales model only directly thru TTR. I would bet a premier membership on it that rooms will be offered thru the discount sites again closer to the opening date.

 

Does a lobster dinner come with premier benefits? Or Referrals?

I love that they now going to have Appleton rum, Hennessy, and a lot of different tequilas.

 

These are the prices I figured would occur based upon their capital costs to remodel the place.

 

Remember.. Rack Rates are like the regular prices at Kohl's... you never pay THAT much for anything! Everything is on sale based against them...

Hell.. Rack Rate at your local Courtyard hotel is about $300 a night. If you pay that you are crazy... only exception where you might pay the rack rate is like if you booked a hotel in Times Square on NYE. THEN you could expect to pay the listed Rack Rate.
