It has be 18.... hours for me. Have to start somewhere. Wanted one this morning when I woke up, went for jog for about 1/2 mile, gave a quick reality check of why I need to quit and made me not want to smoke anymore. I quit once before, got hypnotized, every time I wanted to smoke I got a bottle of water. I have had a lot of water today, but feel good.
great the water thing is a good idea. Just keep in mind the most important reason for quitting, vac. money!!!!!! well, ok health. but being healthy on vac. is fun too!
:xyxthumbs:awesome, we'll be each others support group at TTR....lol....I like the water thing too......we had to quit, we've both smoked over 30 years. We have our first grand baby coming here any day now, and we definitely wanted to be non smokers when she arrived, it was great incentive.
Just got back from TTR and today is 3 weeks without smokes. It was not as bad as I expected it to be. It can be done.
Congratulations, on Quitting. I smoked for 32 years and quit last year. Never thought I had in me. Stay stubburn with it. :cheerleaders: April18 - May2 Paul
