I think the reason for the 404 file not found is because your trying to do the express checkin and it won't work until closer to your date. But other than that I wouldn't worry about the room, the worst thing that can happen is you stay in the room you don't want the first night, they are really good about changing rooms. If you don't like your room tell them they are usually more than happy to help and find somthing more to your liking. Cheers
Thanks everyone, I will try these options. The website didn't specify that the 800# on it was only available from the US. Usually the US and Canada exchanges work fine, but I guess not in this case. The 404 was when writing to TTR itself, not the express check in actually, just under the "contact us" link. I will try again this week and hope for the best!
We've never had problem ONE about asking to move from one room to another. Just show up, ask to move and tell why, and it happens.
