Gym then quiet night in with a home made fat free chili concarne ( I have started a diet, dont laugh  ) .

Picking up new car tomorrow ( well, its three year old but new to me ) then football followed by vodka ( less calories than beer  ).

    Working Sunday but off Monday.

Based on ' Red days ' mainly protein, low fat but allows some carbs ( similar to atkins but not as brutal ) and ' Green days ' low fat but mostly high energy carbs.

Did it before and lost 5 1/2 stone but the two year bender I've been on has took it toll and I've put it back on ( and a little more   ) so I've bit the bullet and gone back to it.

    Watch this space......... disapear.

...at least you have your priorities straight...

5.5 stone? Isn't that around 80 pounds? I don't want to be traveling out to be drinking with lightweights in Nov!

Cheers, a mixture of balanced low fat diet and plenty of cardio in the gym and your bound to succeed.... Just cut down on the wingies and beer

Similar prob at work today. Friday is always known as fish and chip day for lunch (plus a battered sausage, portion of mushy peas and a couple of bread cakes :p :p ) so while the lads were tucking into that lot I'm sat there with a wholw chicken, ( hot and skinless ) a tub of low fat pinapple cottage cheese and a low fat yogurt

ok, I dd cheat slightly when I pinched three chips off a mate

77lbs to be precise, took me eight months of on and off dieting

Bumped into the pizza delivery guy from my favourite pizza place in my area whilst out shopping when I'd lost weight and cos he'd not seen me he'd presumed I'd died and was nearly crying in the middle of the shopping centre.. I kid you not

7 weigh in's to go between now and then and trying to drop at least 30-35 by then but still wont be a light weight so no fear there mate
