Been to both. If you want to experience full nudity, then your only choice is Hedo. Both places have great friendly people. The food at Hedo was always quite good in the buffet, good but not as good buffet at TTR. The specialty restraunts in both places are very good. PDA on the nude side of Hedo became accepted about any time of day the last few years we were there (5 yrs ago). Not acceptable at TTR. We have been to TTR 5 times in the last 4 yrs, Hedo 0. For the price you can't beat TTR
