How has the downturn hurt the entertainment crew....Jose, Mario, ect...? Are they all still working at their normal times? Are all the night clubs back open 7 days a week or are they limiting the nights they are open? Thanks in advance...
As far as I know all the clubs are back open now. Re the Ents crew I wouldnt worry too much about them, they get relatively well paid. Mario is a Director, he's fine. We spent 60 hours at TTR last weekend I didnt see him once but I'm sure it wasnt because he was laid off. It's the waiters, bartenders, maids, gardeners, the guy that clears the seaweed that are feeling the pinch and are being laid off. That is where any sympathy should go.

we've definitly been there! Hope you feel better. Pretty uneventful trip back. We had a great time partying with you guys. We'll have to coordinate again next time.
Just got back Monday night.... What a Blast! Just got back Monday, May 11th. I was with a group of 40+ and we had a wonderful time. Yes, all the clubs are open. I finally got a chance to go to the famous Coco Bongo club. Absolutely Fabulous.... I've never seen anything like it. The entertainment staff was awesome and the food was great. My group had so much fun, we're heading back in Nov. for Singles Week. I saw absolutely no signs of Swine Flu scare in Cancun. Nobody throughout the town are wearing masks. I felt completely safe. Of course I had mask with me just in case, but felt so comfortable that I never took it out of my bag. There is nothing to worry about. I'd almost forgotten about it until I returned back to the states and turned on the television. Please don't cancel your trip... Go and have a great time!
