I can believe that. I often wish I didn't either.

I need to get rid of mine. When I moved into my apartment I got a lan line because it was part of a packaged deal for DSL, Lan Line and Satalite TV....I wanted to save money, but here I am like 5 months later still with my damn cell...I don't know how to part, I've had the same celly number for 8 years!

$100? You need to get a better plan.

I got my phone in the late 90s too. The price plans Sprint offeres change every year or two. Everytime a cheaper one came out, I switch to it. I switched to one that's $30/month for 300 anytime + free Sprint to Sprint like 4 years ago and just stayed on that plan ever since. I added $5 for unlimited text a couple years ago. So with tax and fees, I'm only paying about $40/month.

Now every time they called to offer me an opportunity to reduce my bill, I tell them I am already grandfathered into the best plan in Sprint history. I only take the incentives like $150 Sprint credits for extending the contract for 2 years. For most people, that's like 2 months free but for me that's like 4 months free. :)

I haven't had a land line since I moved out of the dorm.

I text and talk so much that I always go over my minutes. I'm on the fair and flexible plan through Sprint, but I never ever stay within my limits. Its my own fault, thats why I need to chuck it! lol........

I have a land line in my apartment, but only the most basic plan.. I think it's about $20/month.

I used to use it for a dialup IP, but now it's just for emergencies and in case I throw my cell phone thru the TV set or something
