Hey, We booked the shuttle offered by orbitz that goes to the Oasis from the airport, but on the voucher it says under time, call at 24 hours in advance. Do we need to call and let the driver know when we are arriving, or will they already know when we arriving?
I would def call and figure it out, I booked it like 2 days before and just assumed my name would be there. I had to argue with the grayline who also uses orbitz to get on the shuttle. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw them on time for my shuttle back to the airport. They had good service overall.
