My state i.d. is expired but I am well over the age of 18 (29 to be exact). Will the clubs and bars take my i.d.? Should I carry a copy of passport with me at all times? Thanks!
As long as you look relatively close to your age you wont have to worry. The only place I saw anyone being checked for id was Coco Bongo. And that was for the very young looking people on line to get in. I am 32 and have never been asked for ID while in Mexico.
I have never once saw anyone get id'd, however I usually go during spring break but still............ you will be fine!
