Why is it that I'm seeing so many reports of people not getting the rooms they booked or being sent to different hotels because of unavailability? Yet, when you mention Valentina's name, a room is magically available? Count down to May 22nd!!!
Good point AND it seems to be PAINFULLY Obvious?!? Perhaps this question should be forwarded to both Valentina and the GOV Mgmt?!? To Valentina so she knows we appreciate her impact on the outcome and to GOV Mgmt so they both appreciate Valentina and Nvstg8 El Problemo...!
There were reports of plumbing issues a few weeks ago , and people got moved, those reports are finally hitting TR.
I am also concerned two of the people in my group are coming from another state and are not CC members like me. We all would be very unhappy if they could not all get into the same resort.
Valentina has said before to email her prior to your arrival and she will take care of it... So happy to have her on here and taking care of us...
I sent an email two days ago and no return. Not worried at all about being bumped. Too many rooms to crash in for one night, like their front lobby with a big sign, lol (kidding)
