I don't want dirty, but I do want to keep up PT on my leg! I have been able to walk without a Cain for up to 40 mins with no pain since the army got off its ass and I get PT lol.. Swimming helps a lot !

I went to the gym almost every morning...it has a little bit of everything, but it is very small so with 5 or 6 people in there it feels pretty full. That being said, if you need a specific piece of equipment, you may have to wait for it. Overall it's a great, clean little gym with everything that a normal gym offers. If you get on a machine near the window, it's a pretty decent view too.

Thanks for your service, glad the army got of its ass. We need to do more for our vets, I'll leave it at that or a whole new dozen pages of discussion may pop up

it may help! I know veterans , including myself don't like to talk about our injuries or the time we spent in war. there was a time i needed to get things i did in war off my chest on here, because i knew i would not be judged..but i did get judged by one person and it just sent me back into PTSD land or as my Cpt. called it " get the sand out of your clit, and move on Sgt.land." I actually met my first Sgt. at TTR in September last year :) It was very emotional and he told the young lady that was with me about how he found me and how bad it was, it brought emotions to him and me, and to those he told about how he saved my life. I am grateful for him "especially since my nephew is shipping to Syria in a week" I am grateful that he saved me and I can party my ass off at TTR with all of you, that Chinos can joke on me on the Boobs Cruise, and that if i need help i know my TTR family will be there! I'm very lucky!! I may not be the best to look at , as I have scars, but I'm happy! :) I get to meet new friends and have a hell of a great time on the cruise, and remember those I lost in that hell situation and know they would do the same if I had not have made it back!! But after meeting my TTR family, I feel like I'm back in the Army " The incredible Army" :) You all have been so great to me even though I travel as a single man! I hope I have proven myself as a decent man, and I want you all to know I am here if ever needed!!! Thank you again... your friend always, AJ :) P.S TTR and the Boobs Cruise and all of you have helped me so much, I may use a cain to help me walk , but i never get judged with you all!! :) thats a lot to me.. Sorry this was so long.. Forever your friend " or maybe playmate :) " AJ . LOL:beer4:

Glad you're doing well, just want you to know when I say thanks it's not an empty word as it is an easy thing for people to say. I back up my thanks in many ways, if anyone has ever been to an airport when troops come home it's special. I watched my friend break into tears as he saw his son for first time in a year and 4 months after knowing his son was involved in a IED explosion (Thanksgiving day) luckily he was in the turret of an MRAP and only minor injuries.

Tell him a BIG thank you from me, and I understand what he is probably going through in his mind, and that there are things he will probably never share !! Those damn IEDs and pressure sensitive bombs are the things that sent a lot of us home.. I do feel that you thanking me was not a simple thank you :) I can tell you meant it my friend, and it does mean a lot to me!! Thanks.. AJ
