private group tour to Chichen Itza - Feb 14-24 ish

We will know a exact date once we get closer to the event so we can first off see what the date for the Boobs Cruise is, and who all is going and when, sounds like somewhere between Feb 20 to Feb 28 at the moment

 

Sounds like a solid day with a great group, Lenni & Jodie you guys know how to get things done!

We can set the date now, and if it interferes with the Boobs Cruise, my understanding is whe can reschedule the trip even with a few days notice.

Steve, any idea what days of the week is the least busy?

Looks like we have the 14 passenger booked, but nothing saying we cant send 2 van loads themre same day.

It looks like of everyone that has shown interest and posted their dates on the roll call, the latest people are arriving is the 20th and the earliest leaving is the 23rd. So it seems like the Thurs. Feb.21 or Friday Feb. 22 would work best at this point. This was a really awesome idea MRMRSRANGER by the way and thanks to you and Lenny&Jodi for keeping on top of it so far. I'll be a little selfish here and say we would kinda like to spend our last day (22nd) at the resort but wouldn't say it's definately a deal breaker for us. So our vote would be for the 21st, but whatever works best for the group is obviously most important

We arrive on the 20th . So 21 or 22 would be good for us.

I think I saw a post from Steve that he didn't do cruises on Thursdays because the boat was reserved for something else so that might a safe day to plan...........

 

We might be interested but the only day that would work for us is the 15th, which is our last full day. So timing wise, it may not be a fit.
