    Vodka, Clamato juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, pepper, salted rim. It's best served with a celery stick.

    Blowfish is a waste of money. Its just caffeine. I bought it once and gave it out to my coworkers, no one noticed anything. They were still miserable. I think preventative methods are going to be the best solution.

    I have tried the liquid IV hydration packets and they are the best I have found. Hydration is the key, especially electrolytes!

    We are taking some liquid IV hydration packs with us on the trip. Also got something else I can't remember at the moment

    Drink all my alcohol mixed with water during the day. Dont mix with pop ! 2 advils and a bottle of water before bed.
