I'll give all you Canadians some leeway since French is your first language. :)

    1. Has anyone used World Pass successfully?

    2. If you are a member, what % of your weeks do you dispose of each year? (I used the word sell because the visitors still must pay for the referral week and TTR pays referrers 250/500 for each week)

We were interested in a TTR package this year, but it was not offering. Pushing World Pass hard ... the referral angle was "we'll give you six weeks and you can sell all of them and get $1500-$3000 / year so your TTR visits will be forever free.

have never heard of someone selling ''referral'' weeks to TTR ( why would anyone pay , every one is trying to give them away ?? )

on the other hand I have heard of people selling referral weeks to the Desires resorts. Desire prices are more set , and the referral is sopposabley cheaper.

Thank you for giving us ''Frenchman '' some slack .

For TTR ,, historically Referrals worked out to be more ,, ( but you got perks on top of it )

recently good prices were showing for Referrals,( Halloween) so bottom line , check out the prices , and keep in mind you should return the favor and attend the sales pitch, so the Member gets his credit.

Thanks for the slack...after a few drinks I am functionally illiterate in both official languages, lol.

!. Not yet...gave up after the first try when it was more expensive than the what the airline was charging plus we had to fly out of Toronto so adding the airfare from Ottawa to Toronto made it way more expensive.

    2. I now understand what you mean by "sell". I personally don't trust the sales guys to give the credit to the referring member when the referee attends the sales pitch. Wise old man once said...get names dates etc in writing. Jaded? Yepper I am.

Didn't mean to confuse folks ... basically they were saying one could dispose of all referral weeks either directly or through these online services and get $1,500 - $3,000 / year and thus never have to pay.

How many Referrals do most members get in a year (I imagine it varies based upon contract)?

I think members only get $250 for each referral (that's also assuming the people using the referral actually go to the sale pitch).

Each person gets one lobster dinner for every 7 days you stay. They give the coupon when you check in at the premier desk.

We are premiers and we got a referral coming with us.

Our booked dates are Dec 9-21. When we reserved our room nobody explained about the lobster dinner being included... Where could we look that up?

It's my birthday and I wouldn't mind to get the complimentary lobster dinner :icon_cool:
