We have never had to pay that much per night. I think the most we've paid was $168 in July. We aren't members and never will be, but I also know that most timeshares aren't always peddled as being "cheaper".

yup, just to be totally even I looked for hotel only on one website (itravel2000.com) and on those dates it starts at $3300 Canadian

For a package May 1 to 14 it starts at about $2600. But you click through to make the trip and it jumps to $3300!

It doesn't work for everyone, but the way I travel, I make it work for me. What can I say?

there will come a time when the members and Referrals far outweigh the '' red towellers '' ,, will create some interesting problems for every one.

Where did you find this price and what week? If I could find a price like this I might be able to convince hubby for another trip!

We paid $158 total per night for April (4-12) also. We've never paid more than around $170 a night for both. $183 a night for members is insane!! I dont know where these people come up with these resort prices "per person". ??

We always see those the cheapest prices on places like Cheaptickets, Orbitz, and Alpharooms.

To each his/her own, but theres no way Id pay $366 bucks per night for better Vodka and a couple more menu items.

It has went up every year and is totally insane. They want us to upgrade our membership, but we keep refusing to attend the pitch. This year we are just going to go another way to book so any suggestions would be appreciated. I looked at Cheap Tickets last night and for Ocean View 8 nights was around $2800 with Air Fare included. We will not be paying our dues for this year and at some point they will terminate our contract which is fine. We are the losers in the deal. They got there money a long time ago. We have learned a lot about the this whole process.
