It’s pretty simple, just walk in, show them your premier wrist band, then say “Abra abracadabra I wanna reach out and grab ya”. Then they let you go in. Joking aside, we have always just went in. Think they may get your room number but can’t remember. Like John said In another post, it is a great perk that seldom is used. They r also open pretty late, as we will go after dinner to relax for few. We have used it before also when we get there before we can check in to change etc.
We have been a member for about 8 years now, never knew this. I have never been in the Spa, the wife normally gets a Spa treatments, but never mention free access to the Sauna and Whirlpool. How big is the Sauna and Whirlpool? The wife and I can sit in there together?
How long you can stay there? More than 20 minutes? On benefits list it says for 20 minutes only. Are they strict on timing?
Honestly never paid any attention, were never hurried. It’s is very nice. Just got back today and we used it several times.
