I too have used Mexico SIM Card and was very pleased with the service. I purchased an IUSACELL card with an airtime and data package, and they sent it right to Temptation for me. I simply picked it up at the front desk when I checked in.

The account was already activated, and all I had to do was insert the SIM card into my unlocked iPhone.

Just make sure to order the correct type of SIM card for your phone. I paid for everything through Paypal, so you are covered by their fraud protection.

Here in Canada well Ontario anyways the Mobile is monopolized by the big two Bell and Rogers which they both also own other companies such as Fido, Telus and other smaller mobile companies as well. There was talk about an American mobile company coming in to Canada but that has now been derailed by the big two along with the massive adverting campaign that they would be using our mobile technology that took us so long to build. My opinion is that our mobile costs here in Canada are much higher then in the USA. Last year when we went it cost us $50.00 from our carrier for 15 minutes of talk time and 100 sent text messages no data the overage rate per minute was $2.00. The only reason we use our cell phones is to keep in touch with the the half man at home. we both have IPhones that are unlocked this year we plan on buying a SIM card from Mexico it seems to have more options available for us.
