Weight date Was 204. Today I weight at 184.4 = - 19.6 pounds =D -23 for next week At least =D maybe -25 ! ( in my dreams )
Jess, I started trying to lose weight on 9/14/13. We was at TTR in April of this year. My weight was very bad. I started out at 287 lbs. I have changed my eating habits and workout regularly and now i sit at 255lbs after 1 year, thats 32lbs so far. You are doing awesome and we are cheering you on. Keep up the great work !!!

We just booked for Feb! I start my plan on Monday! I'll try to keep you posted. My start weight is around 240lb. I haven't been on a scale in a long time! I'll see how right I am on Monday! "If it is to be, it's up to me"!
All of you are inspiring me to continue my workouts and eating light. Threw out my scale long ago because I can obsess - so I judge weight loss by how my clothes fit and Joe's words of encouragement. Continued success to all on getting healthy bodies!
I was 5'4" & 120lbs (thin my whole life) until I hit 30, then I started gaining about 10 lbs a year. (yay aging metabolism) Now (almost 37) I'm at 180. I'll be at TTR end of Nov, hoping to lose 10-15 by then, but my ultimate goal is to be around 130-135 by this time next year, since my best friend just got engaged (YAY!) and asked me to be her matron of honor. :clappyinghappy: My biggest problem is my husband is THE pickiest eater ever, so I have to find healthy dinners I can actually get him to eat... it's as bad as having a kid! lol So far in 2 weeks I'm down 3 lbs, but that's without any working out yet, so hopefully when I get my butt in the gym I'll start dropping faster!
