I've started losing weight too! We leave in October for temptations but I have been on a continuous battle of losing weight now for two years! I started at 207 and now I'm down to 172. I have had bumps in the road like everyone but I learned a good tip from a trainer moderation. I have a huge Starbucks issue! She said that fine but in moderation. If I go everyday instead of the venti get the tall. Don't cut out everything that you love or you set yourself up for disaster! I wish someone would have told me that 2 years ago! LOL I'm 2 pounds away from my lowest weight! My goal is to eventually get between 145 to 155. I'm shooting for 160 before I leave for Temptations on Oct 10.
Well I don't cut off on everything .. I'm just on a straight diet right now.. Left about 2 months then I'll be gooood ans sexy
My wife and I are using the FitForVegas 7 Week plan. We are both already in "ok" shape, but we always do better with a goal in front of us. We are into our third week and doing well with it, but I gave her a warning - As the Prophet Sir-Mix-A Lot Says: "You can do side bends or sit-ups but PLEASE don't lose that Butt" - Amen.
-4.8 pounds this week. I'm so happy =D -14.7 total in a month In about a month and the half I should loose overt 20 pounds
K back from our Cancun trip 175 lbs today and started my diet again today. I have three months till the next Cancun trip. November 27th to dec 4th and then again in April. the next three month need to be strict.
21 days in (juice only) and I am at 183 this morning from 202lb if you have net flick look up "fat, sick and nearly dead". This is my motivation... Cheers to all of you
Netflix ** Ok Well I was at the drag.. Still I just weight myself and I am 187.2 .. ( with 1.5 L of water and stuff like that in my stomach . ) So tomorrow morning I should be around 186 pounds or so =) that will be -3.4 pounds since last week, but not my -20 yet boooo. To be -20 I need to be 184. So hopefully for next week =D now I'm dead.. Put de stuff back in the fridge and I'm out 2 bed.
