wow, that is horrible. I think I would be going crazy too! All the more reason to book it yourself next time. You should try small claims court, it costs next to nothing and you really don't have anything to loose (no lawyers!). You can even try threatening them first with small claims court and see if they will budge on the price since they are the ones who messed up.

 

This might be just my opinion but the reason for using a travel agent with the ease of booking on line yourself would be to have the extra customer service that would be checking to make sure that the dates are right and that your trip goes off without a hitch.. you do pay extra for that.. so you might want to remind them of this.. a wrong date is clearly there fault.. and i would not give up and start treating them like it was their fault and call them every day until its fixed.. they would lose money just to have me stop harassing them..

 

I agree with partydoll be a pain in the ass Biatchhhhhhhhhhh until the fix it. Your being way too nice.

 

you might want to do some correspondence via email. if you word things properly, they may admit to making a mistake and then you have something that you can use if you were to dispute it with your credit card company or in small claims court.
