I have food allergies as well and everyone has always been accommodating. I already planned on bringing my own bread this trip but never thought about pasta and pizza base...Great idea! One year I asked our waiter at the buffet where I could find Soy Milk. The next morning he stopped on his way to work to pick it up for me. I was shocked and thankful to say the least. I have found everyone at the resort to be extremely attentive and helpful..that's why we continue to go back.
My wife doesn't really like sweet desserts after dinner. She prefers fresh fruit, but that typically isn't on the menu at the reservation restaurants. She started asking for fruit years ago and the waiters always go totally out of their way to another location and bring her a huge plate of fruit. I think all the staff is pretty awesome
whenever we talk about our trips with friends, we have many, many stories to tell them about the great service! hearing some talk about bad food? they have changed food orders for me when there has been something in it I don't like. I just ask if they could leave it out, and they happily do. just remember to appreciate what they do for you. I have never been disappointed with the service.
Nothing but positive things to say about TTR never had service from bartenders ,wait, and hotel staff anywhere in Canada or the US as good as they have there... oh and they have the Boobs Cruise (.Y.)
AMAZING staff! We have our favorites that know us every time we come back and what Reg wants to drink for breakfast! Really? Think of how many people they see in a run of a year? TOTALLY awesome Love them all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our experiences at TTR. Bar staff that remembers what we like to drink and will free poor alcohol until it's strong enough for us. Maid that keep several bottles of water in our room for a few tips of 20-50 paso's. Then when it was raining offered to let us use her personal umbrella to run to the front desk. Security that is patient with our drunk antics in the sports pool (at risk of their Job). Eventually we'll all get dressed and get out...lol Then immediately take care of any problem reported. Restaurant staff that happily adds 4 to your party of 2, fits us in w/o reservations or accommodates many requests. Time share sales people......hmmmmm........Best to just avoid!
I love how happy the door guys are when the see you get out of the van. Like I seriously believe they want you there. I am sure most people only talk to them on arrival and departure, but sometimes I just hang outside with them and BS. I figure it helps break their day up a bit.
