Thanks for the tip, Jamie! It (perhaps foolishly) didn't occur to me to special request meals at the buffet...I've never been to a resort where the staff is so accommodating but they clearly are at TTR! Glad to hear that they cater to Chris's dietary needs and am impressed they remember! Just goes to show how awesome the staff is MeInReg, unfortunately we didn't get to fill out the form on check out as we were running late to catch our transfer to the airport. I'm going to submit comments on the website and hopefully they don't get lost in an unattended inbox... Next time we will make sure we leave time to fill out the form!
Kinda surprised that more people haven't added any positive comments about good things at TTR and not just "yeah the beer and boobies are awesome " we all know that . Has anyone else got something good to put in words that a staff member did for you or went out of their way for you to accomplish etc . I guess its the old story people are quick to comment about the bad stuff , drunk single guys , creepers , sun lounger saving , cameras , bacon shortages etc etc etc . Think positive and lets have some happy thoughts for a change .
Christie has a dairy allergy and the restaurants have been very accommodating about skipping butter, etc when cooking
My positive.02, I love the bartenders. I'm not a huge guy but at 6'3 I am a bit taller than the bartenders so it's a running joke/deal with them that they make my drinks with "size appropriate" amounts of liquor. The bartenders have taken my 50oz bubba mug and poured Absolut or Skyy from the bottle tucked in between their cheek and shoulder while taking other drink orders as it pours! I get a "you big" with a splash of sprite to top it off. Obviously afterwards I don't remember their names...sometimes not even my own but I love those guys! #tipwell
I am proud to be part of one of the best groups on here, that has come together on more then one occasion to help a fellow Addict get to the place they deserve to be,,, along with raising funds/toys for Cancun's best Charity , Chino,s kids.
In all of our trips there, we have only had one significant complaint and as soon as we arrived, they fixed it. It is very difficult to solve any issues with them via email or telephone, but not an issue in person. The friendliness and responsiveness that we have received from everyone there has always been top notch!
My wife and I visited for the first time with the Labor Day Crew in 2014. We had an absolute blast. The staff and the people we met from CCC helped us navigate our rookie outing and make it one our most memorable trips ever. We enjoyed it so much, we are coming back this June to make more new friends!!
Best crew ever. The staff /bartender are just amazing and working their ass off. What I like about TTR : You're the one and only one that can ruin your vacance. I don't know why they all pointing each others out. Yes i met some creepers and single.... But I DIDN'T LET them ruin my vacation. Remember you are deciding of what you do and where you go... .
