awesome report , sounds like u guys had an amazing trip! How do you ensure that you have the only copies from the photo shoot and that they don't use them for publicity or something else ?

Here's how it works: Simply send me copies of all of your photos (so I know what to look for), and then if I ever see any of them show up on unauthorized websites, I will notify you immediately. There is no such guarantee. However, they take so many (they did 5 or 6 photoshoots that day) I doubt they will ruin their own business by doing something so dumb.

At home, when we have professional pics taken, our payment to the photographer guarantees that we own exclusive rights to the photos - we have a signed document that spells this out. If the photographer wants to use any shots for promo purposes, they must gain our permission. The agreement Temptation makes with photo session customers may be different. If I was concerned about them using pics of us, I'd make sure that was spelled out prior to the shoot. Basically, they own the pics they take until you buy the rights from them - just make sure they don't retain any rights after your transaction.
I'm not sure I have faith in Mexican civil law , contract or no contract. Thank you for the advice though. I think it would be safer to higher maxxxandracy
